WARRANTY


SEPAR warrants its products to be free from defect in material and worksmanship for two years from date of delivery.

If engine damage occurs due to SEPAR product failues, SEPAR will restore the engine to a condition equivalent to that existing immediatley prior to the failure.

This warranty does not cover failure caused by misuse, faulty installation, alteration or accident.

This warranty does not extend to incidental, special or consequential damages resulting from such defect. It is void when non-SEPAR replacement elements are used in the filter or when the filter has undergone unauthorized service in general. There are no warranties which extend beyond the foregoing.

Beneficiaries of this warranty are deemed to have informed their own customers of the foregoing and both of whom are bound by it.
